If you have children or adopted children who are below the age of inheritance (i.e. under 18 or such greater age you specify) then please read on.

If your children are too young to inherit then the executors and guardians can work together.  The executors can advance sufficient money to the guardians to ensure that the children have money for upkeep, wellbeing and education.

This is possible because our wills incorporate the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners standard clauses.  These are considered best practice in the industry.

If you want to have more detailed trusts set up for the benefit of your children or others this will go further than just a simple will.  You will need a bespoke will drawn up.  If this is the case then please consult a traditional solicitor.
