I’ve lost my LPA. Where can I get a copy from?

If you’ve lost your original LPA, you can get an official copy LPA (often called an office copy) from the Office of the Public Guardian (OPG). An office copy costs £35 per LPA.

You will need to contact the OPG office copies team on 0300 456 0300. If you would prefer to request a copy by e-mail, please contact the OPG for their relevant e-mail address.
